1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Leadership Fitness Discovery™ assessment and any related material provided by OrgFit International. By completing the Discovery you accept these terms.

2. Purpose of the Discovery

The Leadership Fitness Discovery is a reflective development tool. It is not a psychometric test, a clinical instrument, or a diagnosis of ability, personality or health.

Results describe leadership patterns you tend to rely on. They are intended to open a coaching conversation, not to be used for recruitment, promotion, remuneration or performance management decisions.

3. Your information

We collect your name, email address and phone number so we can send your results and, where you request it, arrange a Leadership Fitness Discovery call.

We do not sell your personal information. You may ask us to delete your details at any time by replying to any message you receive from us.

4. Optional AI analysis

If you enable AI analysis, your questionnaire responses may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate a richer interpretation of your pattern profile.

Your name, email address and phone number are never included in that processing. You can complete the Discovery and receive your full results without enabling AI analysis.

5. Intellectual property

Leadership Fitness™, Leadership Fitness Discovery™, the Leadership Hangover and the Critical Alignment Model materials remain the intellectual property of OrgFit International and its partners. You may use your own results freely for personal development.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Leadership development depends on context, effort and organisational conditions. We make no guarantee of specific business or career outcomes arising from the Discovery or subsequent coaching.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the programme evolves. The version published here at the time you complete the Discovery is the version that applies to you.
