What we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number including country code.

Your Discovery responses: the option you selected for each of the 21 leadership situations, and the pattern scores calculated from them.

Why we collect it

To send you your pattern profile, to arrange a complimentary 45-minute Leadership Fitness Unpack if you want one, and to improve the Discovery itself using aggregated, de-identified response patterns.

Optional AI analysis

If you switch on AI analysis, your answer selections and pattern scores may be sent to third-party AI providers to produce a deeper written interpretation of your profile.

What is shared: answer selections, section scores, and pattern totals. What is never shared: your name, email address, phone number, employer, or any other identifying detail.

You can decline AI analysis and still receive your complete results. You can also withdraw consent later by contacting us.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers. Access is limited to the OrgFit International team delivering the Leadership Fitness programme.

We keep your details only as long as needed for the conversation you asked for, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Reply to any message you receive from us and we will action it.
